ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers' most pressing national security requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Design, implement, and execute detailed test cases, plans, and procedures based on system requirements and specifications to ensure thorough validation of system functionality and performance.
  • Work collaboratively across hardware and software teams in a fast-paced, quick-reaction design and development environment to comprehensively test products as they move from concept through prototype and into production.
  • Execute hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and end-to-end evaluation of integrated hardware and software, including performance monitoring, test automation, and post-test data analysis.
  • Assess test coverage against established requirements, maintaining clear traceability from requirement to verification evidence.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and test networking devices and system network architectures in support of integration and verification.
  • Own all development testing activities at a program level, tracking efforts and coordinating with POCs to ensure cross-functional coverage.
  • Communicate test status, results, and technical risk to engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Improve test infrastructure, automation, and documentation practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong engineering foundation in a core discipline such as software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development.
  • 3+ years of experience in testing and verification in support of product design and development.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and rigorous test procedures for integrated hardware and software systems, with proven success in end-to-end systems testing.
  • Experience with software testing methodologies for complex systems and the testing performed at each stage of the development lifecycle, through production and acceptance.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing to verify and validate system requirements.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and testing networking devices, with a working knowledge of core networking concepts.
  • Proven experience with systems engineering and requirements management tools to document systems and test cases and verify requirements by test, plus a willingness to learn next-generation agentic systems engineering tooling for the same.
  • Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information across teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain at least an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience implementing military standards for qualification and acceptance testing, to include MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, or similar.
  • Proficiency with test automation frameworks and programming languages (Python, MATLAB) for post-test data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience standing up lab environments, test infrastructure, or automated regression pipelines from scratch.
  • Experience supporting field testing, customer demonstrations, or operational evaluations.


US Salary Range

$146,000-$194,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
