This role provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable business IT to consolidate, modernize, and continuously improve IT service delivery ensure uptime. The engineer will provide Tier 2 IT service support, including installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, administration and mitigate risk the HRSD networks. Job Requirements
Education
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Education equivalency equals two years of directly related professional experience for every year of education not completed. The stated experience is in addition to any experience used to meet the education equivalency
Experience
Required
• Minimum 4 years of IT customer service experience using IT ticketing systems
• Minimum 1 year of experience using remote desktop takeover/ support tools
• Demonstrated experience meeting SLA and service level performance targets
Desired
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
