Full Job Description
FishEye Software is seeking a Systems Engineer to develop, integrate, and enhance radar capabilities for mission-critical applications. You'll work across the systems engineering lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate operational needs into reliable, high-performance radar solutions.

This position requires an Active Secret Clearance and is 100% on-site in Maynard, MA.

Responsibilities:
  • Support radar systems engineering activities from requirements and architecture through integration, verification, validation, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain system and subsystem level requirements, architectures, and traceability.
  • Build and maintain MBSE models using SysML and tools such as CAMEO, including support for MOSA architectures.
  • Analyze test data to evaluate performance, identify issues, and support system improvements.
  • Develop technical documentation, briefings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:
  • Active Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of systems engineering experience supporting radar, sensor, aerospace, defense, or other complex highly technical systems.
  • Experience developing and maintaining system requirements, architectures, and traceability.
  • Experience with MBSE, SysML, and/or CAMEO.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and test data.
  • Experience collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
  • Experience integrating hardware, firmware, and software systems.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with radar systems including phased-array, detection, discrimination, tracking, surveillance, or signal processing.
  • Experience with MATLAB and/or object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with MOSA and/or requirements management tools such as DOORS.
  • Familiarity with system-level software architecture.

Salary Range:

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $190,000 USD. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's education, experience, skills, certifications, and other relevant qualifications, as well as applicable client or government contractual rates.
