Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline. (Preferred: System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- Requirements management experience

- F-16 Avionics and/or Software Experience
- Experience with system design
- Experience with Agile Software Development Process and tools (JIRA)
- Experience F-16 engineering requirements and interface tools (TASER, SIMS, DOORS, FrameMaker)
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools (CAMEO)
- Experience with System and Software Engineering Processes
- Experience with Test, Evaluation, and Verification Processes
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
