Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in programming, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 16 years of overall IT experience.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring vCenter server.
• Experience with ESXi cluster servers and VMWare products, specifically vSphere, vCenter, and/or Aria Suite.
• Hands-on experience implementing NSX, SRM, and/or vSAN in disaster recovery or failover settings.
• 3+ years in infrastructure architecture and design for complex distributed systems, focusing on failover, recovery, and application partitioning.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure vCenter server for virtualized environments.
• Design and maintain ESXi cluster server operations.
• Monitor the health of virtual machines across multiple data centers.
• Implement disaster recovery solutions using NSX, SRM, or vSAN.
