Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 16+ years of overall IT experience
• Hands-on experience with installing and configuring vCenter Server
• Experience managing ESXi clusters
• Strong knowledge of VMware technologies: vSphere, vCenter, Aria Suite
• Experience with NSX, SRM, and/or vSAN in DR or failover environments
• 3+ years in infrastructure architecture and complex distributed systems design
• Experience monitoring and maintaining VM health across multiple data centers

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure Citrix NetScaler environments
• Optimize load balancing across the NetScaler infrastructure
• Collaborate with team members to manage and support virtualized environments
• Implement failover strategies for disaster recovery processes
• Oversee recovery and rollback processes for application deployments
• Monitor performance and health of virtual machines
• Design and architect infrastructure systems for scalability and reliability
