Proven track record in coordinating complex technical programs with multiple Agile Release Trains.
Strong understanding of Agile at scale, especially the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), in a DoD context.
Background in cybersecurity or related security disciplines.
Experience with enterprise collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
