Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
  • 14 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in relevant programs or contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field is required.
  • 5 years of additional experience can substitute for a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong understanding of complex engineering processes and systems integration is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead systems engineering efforts for complex projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Evaluate technical requirements and assess system performance.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and status reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

Required Experience:

Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
