About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Systems Network Administrator Lead to join us. - Support engineering development, integration, interface design analysis, infrastructure integration, and hardware and software testing.
- Perform system-level product configuration, validating integration of hardware, software, operating systems, and other platform specifications while keeping interoperability with legacy systems.
- Plan and organize the contractor team for all operations and maintenance of customer-built networks.
- Lead and direct the 24/7/365 Outage Response Team and oversee all network outage response and recovery, including COOP and disaster recovery.
- Act as primary point of contact during outages, communicate with outside agencies and vendors on the customer's behalf, and brief customer leadership on outage status.
- Develop and maintain outage response procedures and keep the team ready to respond.
- Create and maintain the Incident Response Plan, review it quarterly for accurate system names and procedures, and ensure all outage response activity is documented.
