Global Web Content Delivery Lead
Position Summary
The Global Web Content Delivery Lead is responsible for operational leadership of Lenovo.com's global content production ecosystem. This role provides oversight across Worldwide AEM Authoring, NUWA CMS Authoring, and Quality Assurance (QA), ensuring consistent execution, governance, quality, and delivery performance across all web content initiatives.
The role does not directly manage day-to-day authoring or QA execution. Instead, it leads through a team of functional leads responsible for AEM Authoring, NUWA Authoring, and QA, serving as the primary coordination point between those functions, Web Experience teams, localization authoring teams, and Content Center of Excellence (CoE) leadership.
As a key member of the Content Center of Excellence lead team, the Web Content Delivery Lead partners closely with the AEM Technical Strategist, who oversees platform architecture, front-end development, templates, and technical roadmap execution and the Localization Web Content Delivery team. Together, these roles ensure both the operational delivery and technical scalability of Lenovo's digital experiences
