We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead our enterprise-wide digital transformation and SAP ecosystem modernization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and IT execution. You will lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams through complex SAP implementations (S/4HANA, ECC transitions, and BTP integrations) utilizing standard delivery frameworks like SAP Activate
Program Governance & Strategy: Direct end-to-end SAP transformation programs including global rollouts, upgrades, and cloud migrations. Establish project scope, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones. Technical Leadership: Guide technical and functional teams (Basis, ABAP, Fiori, Security) through architectural design, data migration, and complex system integrations. Agile Execution: Act as a senior Agile leader, managing sprint planning, release trains, and continuous integration across globally distributed delivery teams. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project blockers, assess technical risks, and execute mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business unit leaders, and technical teams. Provide transparent reporting, status updates, and ROI tracking. Change Management: Ensure business readiness by aligning user adoption, training, and transition planning during hypercare periods. Required Qualifications & Experience. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in IT with at least 5+ years specifically functioning as a Program/Project Manager for enterprise-level SAP implementations.
SAP Expertise: Proven track record managing at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations.
Frameworks & Methodologies: Deep proficiency in the SAP Activate methodology, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall.
Tools: Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
Soft Skills: Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
