Systems Application Analyst III - Willow to join our team remote in the US.
Direct HirePosition SummaryThe Systems Application Analyst III supports the application team by designing, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining healthcare technology solutions. This role is responsible for coordinating system migrations, training activities, troubleshooting, and end-user support. The analyst works closely with operational stakeholders to understand workflows and optimize application functionality to support business and clinical objectives.
This position requires strong technical expertise, an understanding of healthcare application workflows, and the ability to prioritize system initiatives in a collaborative environment. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for assigned applications while providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
Key Skills & Competencies - Lead complex application initiatives and enterprise-wide projects in partnership with operational and technical stakeholders.
- Design, configure, implement, test, and support application solutions to meet business and clinical requirements.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for application-related issues and support activities.
- Mentor team members on application design, workflow optimization, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Identify and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user workflows.
- Coordinate communication, implementation activities, and support efforts for recurring software updates and enhancements.
- Facilitate collaboration among end users, technical teams, and leadership to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to protect the integrity of production systems and integrated third-party applications.
- Evaluate and communicate cross-application impacts of system configurations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Prioritize team initiatives and adapt resources based on organizational needs.
- Apply project management methodologies to support planning, implementation, and execution of initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts and develop strategies to improve troubleshooting effectiveness.
- Foster accountability, teamwork, and ownership of projects and operational responsibilities.
- Stay informed of industry trends, IT best practices, and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.
- Support a culture of service excellence by effectively interacting with patients, customers, and stakeholders while demonstrating professionalism, respect, and empathy.
Experience & Qualifications - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant application support experience.
- Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred:
- Two years of project management and/or application leadership experience preferred.
- Epic Willow Inventory Certification highly preferred

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting salary range for this remote role is ($85,500-$128,300). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
