  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve Ticket Management System configurations, workflows, classifications, and processes.

  • Support and enhance self-service and self-help capabilities, including password resets, account provisioning, hardware and software requests, troubleshooting resources, and knowledge management content.

  • Participate in Problem Management and root cause analysis, identifying recurring issues, documenting findings, tracking corrective actions, and recommending long-term solutions.

  • Support Change Management activities by initiating, documenting, reviewing, tracking, and implementing approved changes to IT systems, services, applications, and infrastructure.

  • Assist with impact analysis, risk assessment, implementation planning, validation, and post-implementation reviews for technical changes.

  • Maintain accurate system, incident, problem, change, configuration, and operational documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve hardware, software, workflows, processes, procedures, automation, and overall service delivery.

  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders, Product Teams, engineering teams, service desk personnel, network teams, and other technical organizations to resolve issues and support enterprise objectives.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Apply ITSM principles and established policies, procedures, security requirements, and technical standards to day-to-day operations.
