Job Description

Serve as a POC to the Sponsor regarding all operations, O&M activities required within the scope of effort, provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 support to developers and customers, including on call oversight of all 24/7 support of physical and cloud infrastructure. This includes physical servers, cloud VM, applications, Windows and Linux maintenance and functionality to support Sponsor's infrastructure.

Required Skills

Experience supporting and maintaining physical and cloud environments to include workstations and virtual images.

Experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining developer support tools to include code repository and collaboration tools

Experience deploying Tier 1, 2, and 3 level customer support.

Experience supporting and maintaining system and application security best practices, as well as patch management best practices.

Desired Skills

Experience creating functional and technical design specifications for software development efforts.

Experience with content disarm reconstruction tools.

Experience with anti-malware engines.

Experience with version control systems like GitLab.

Experience with issue tracking systems like Jira.

Experience working collaboratively and with minimal direct supervision.

Experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills

Experience collecting, documenting, tracking and managing system requirements, milestones, and needs.

Experience ensuring documentation of system architecture and documentation, including creation of programmatic reporting.

Additional Details

Compensation & Benefits: This position has an anticipated salary range of $91,000-$140,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, education, certifications, and business needs.
