Job DescriptionThe System modeling development team is looking for a System Modeling Engineer with background in data analysis and NAND based Solid State Drive experience, to help design, develop and maintain software models with the intent of providing valuable forward-looking insights for the development and productization of SSDs for enterprise applications. The modeling engineer will be part of a team that is responsible for assessing various aspects of deployed or yet to be deployed systems to meet business requirements of potential or existing customers.
QualificationsEducation/Experience:
- Bachelor's in CS, EE, CE, or related field and 5 years experience or Masters degree in CS, EE, CE, or related field and 2 years experience
Required:
- Programming proficiency C++, Python
- Working within an ecosystem such as Bitbucket/Jira/Confluent
- Proven data analysis acumen.
- Presentation skills both written and oral.
- Experience with agentic coding or AI assisted development.
Preferred:
- Prior SystemC/behavior modeling work
- Experience in modeling large behavior models of SSD
- Background in analyzing large data sets
- Knowledge of various modeled data visualization techniques

The compensation range for this role is $128,960 - $201,500. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
