- Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and engineering teams to address compliance requirements, resolve vulnerabilities, remediate active security findings, and maintain the security and operational integrity of applications and supporting environments.
- Troubleshoot complex application and system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions that improve system reliability, performance, maintainability, and overall operational stability.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation covering system configurations, operational procedures, troubleshooting approaches, engineering decisions, and technical solutions to support effective knowledge sharing and long-term system sustainment.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information while building strong working relationships across Government, engineering, and mission teams.
- Balance competing priorities and changing mission needs while maintaining a strong focus on system reliability, security, performance, and successful delivery of customer outcomes.
- Apply a strong application design mindset throughout the development lifecycle, helping teams thoughtfully evaluate solution approaches, architecture, interfaces, dependencies, scalability, security, and maintainability before significant development begins.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and Jira Advanced Roadmaps to support requirements management, technical documentation, backlog development, dependency tracking, and cross-team planning and delivery.
