Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and security
• Excellent writing skills for diverse audiences
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration
• Knowledge of information security principles and risk assessment
• Proficient in using NESSUS and other scanning tools
• Familiarity with RMF processes and tools (Xacta, LatteArt)
• CISSP Certification required

Responsibilities

• Support Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) initiatives
• Defend critical unclassified and classified networks
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate security measures
• Collaborate with technical teams on security implementations
• Articulate security concepts to technical and executive audiences
• Utilize scanning applications to identify vulnerabilities
• Ensure compliance with customer RMF processes
