This role involves managing IT infrastructure, handling day-to-day operations, monitoring systems, and resolving issues across client/server/storage/network devices.
Responsibilities:
Support IT systems, including daily operations, monitoring, and problem resolution.
Manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
