SUMMARY
The System Administrator will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert, providing not only strategic vision and guidance but also driving initiatives through their own technical abilities. They will manage a modern, cloud-based technology stack, focusing on security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and determine opportunities for IT solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Manages implementation and configuration of systems and platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services in a cloud-based environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices for system administration and network security.
• Experience with budget management, capability analysis, and resource allocation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile processes and methodologies.
