POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Ability to install, configure, and maintain systems
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
- Capacity for troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Knowledge of system backup and recovery procedures
- Ability to ensure system security and data protection
- Strong communication and documentation skills
REQUIRED SKILLS- Proficiency with Windows and Linux systems
- Experience with cloud-based systems management
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with network configurations and monitoring
- Familiarity with system performance tuning
DESIRED SKILLS- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix)
- Familiarity with database administration
- Understanding of disaster recovery planning
