KEY SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our team and help maintain the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing servers, networks, and other critical systems, ensuring that they run efficiently and securely. You will also handle system updates, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with the implementation of new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, address technical challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep our systems running smoothly. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to install, configure, and maintain systems
• Strong understanding of networking concepts
• Capacity for troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Knowledge of system backup and recovery procedures
• Ability to ensure system security and data protection
• Strong communication and documentation skills

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency with Windows and Linux systems
• Experience with cloud-based systems management
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience with network configurations and monitoring
• Familiarity with system performance tuning

DESIRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix)
• Familiarity with database administration
• Understanding of disaster recovery planning
