ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Software Developer to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the delivery of a critical, customer-facing product to a widespread user base. You will combine hands-on full-stack development with direct customer collaboration-conducting live product demonstrations, participating in daily scrums, and managing task tracking via Jira. The annual base salary range for this role is $216,000-$256,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Required Skills
Java Development: Extensive experience with Java development (preferably Java 21 or greater).
Modern JavaScript Frameworks: Proven experience developing with modern frontend frameworks, with a strong preference for Vue.js.
Containerization & Security: Deep experience with Docker, including creating custom images and actively remediating vulnerabilities to keep images clean.
Agile & Task Tracking: Demonstrated experience using Jira to create, assign, and track project tickets and backlog items.
Customer Interaction: Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, run product demonstrations, and participate in daily scrum calls to present progress.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 20+ years of professional software development experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 24+ years of hands-on technical software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
Desired Skills
Spring Boot REST APIs: Hands-on experience building, testing, and publishing Spring Boot RESTful services.
High/Low Side Integration (eVo): Experience with eVo workflows, including integrating with Greybox, Mockito, or other methods for low-side development that seamlessly connects with high-side infrastructure.
Linux Tools & Scripting: Proficiency with Bash scripting and standard Linux utility environments.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with PULSE / ABACUS and an understanding of ongoing modernization initiatives, including Report Authoring & Dissemination (RAD).
