SUMMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Senior Vice President, Projects Manager for the Wealth and Capital Management Division is a member of the leadership team responsible for managing projects, end-to-end operational excellence, ensuring that fiduciary administration, compliance and investment support functions, and client service delivery run with precision, scalability, and regulatory integrity. This leader transforms strategy into execution, modernizes systems, and drives a culture of accountability, risk awareness, and continuous improvement.
The Senior Vice President, Projects Manager ensures the Division operates with precision, transparency, and scalability, protecting the bank's fiduciary reputation while enabling growth. This leader is the operational engine behind client trust, regulatory confidence, and long term strategic success.

Project Manager - Strategic Plan

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position requires no direct supervision of employees, but does interact with many peers on project management and participates in the evaluation process.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee is frequently required to: 1) Type or otherwise work with fingers; 2) Talk expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers or clients accurately, loudly, or quickly; 3) Hearing - perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with/without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and make the discriminations in sound. 4) Specific vision abilities required by this job include viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading, along with travel as required. Sedentary work with some walking and standing; may require occasionally lifting of up to 10 pounds and/or move up to 25 pounds.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field required, with a Graduate degree (MBA, MS Finance, JD) or professional credentials such as CTFA, CTOP, CFP, or CFA preferred. A minimum of (10) ten years of progressive leadership experience in trust operations, fiduciary administration, or wealth management operations is required. Deep knowledge of OCC regulations, PA PEF Code, fiduciary standards, trust accounting, and investment operations workflows. Proven track record leading large teams and complex operational environments. Experience with trust systems (e.g., Siebel Genesis, FIS Trust Desk, SEI's Wealth Platform, Ameriprise FI Connect) and investment management platforms. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and change management skills. Preferred experience includes; modernizing legacy systems and implementing digital transformation initiatives and background in both personal trust and institutional fiduciary services.
