The SVP, Field Operations will provide strategic leadership to our Regional Directors and field teams, driving operational excellence, financial performance, enrollment growth, team retention, and leadership development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop Regional Directors and field leadership teams.
- Drive operational performance, accountability, and consistency across schools.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to execute company strategy and growth initiatives.
- Monitor key business metrics and develop strategies to improve enrollment, revenue, profitability, and retention.
- Build strong leadership pipelines and succession plans.
- Establish scalable processes and best practices across the school portfolio.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other support functions to achieve company goals.
- Support new school openings, acquisitions, and organizational growth.
Qualifications- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in multi-site operations.
- Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams and developing senior leaders.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance and driving growth.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in early childhood education or another multi-site service organization preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
