We're seeking a
Survey Manager who can balance people leadership, technical excellence, and business operations while driving quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do- Lead and develop both office and field survey professionals
- Shape department processes, technology, and workflow improvements
- Oversee project delivery, staffing, scheduling, and resource planning
- Serve as the PSM of record, providing professional oversight and technical review
- Partner closely with engineering leadership and key clients
- Influence strategic decisions related to staffing, operations, and growth
What We're Looking For- Active Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) license
- 7+ years of land surveying experience
- Prior leadership experience managing teams, projects, or operations
- Strong knowledge of survey production, project delivery, and client management
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey technologies
- Familiarity with LiDAR, scanning, GNSS/GPS, and UAV workflows
