POSITION SUMMARYThe Manager, Supply Planning is responsible for leading all aspects of Finished Goods Supply Planning for the Specialty Brands business, overseeing a team of Supply Planners supporting internal manufacturing and external co-manufacturing operations. The role is accountable for delivering customer service, inventory, and working capital objectives through effective supply planning, capacity management, and cross-functional collaboration. As the supply planning leader for the business, this position drives alignment between demand, supply, manufacturing, and business priorities while developing organizational capabilities and supporting long-term business growth.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the cost-effective management of the Supply Planning organization, including finished goods supply planning, production planning, inventory management, and co-manufacturing/co-packing planning activities. Leads and develops a team of Supply Planners to ensure execution of standardized planning processes and achievement of service, inventory, and financial targets. Responsible for developing supply plans that balance customer service, inventory levels, manufacturing constraints, and total delivered cost. Manages short-term and long-term capacity planning activities in partnership with internal manufacturing sites and external co-manufacturing partners to proactively identify and mitigate supply risks. Provides leadership and decision-making support for supply constraints, inventory management, and sourcing strategies while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Serves as the primary escalation point for critical supply issues and drives cross-functional resolution plans to support customer service, growth, innovation, and financial goals.
