Full Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through data analysis, supply planning, reporting automation, and production scheduling coordination. This position is responsible for transforming complex business data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decisions across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with supply chain planning knowledge and the ability to influence cross-functional decision-making. This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Production Planning, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, inventory, and production priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of customer experienceimprovement initiatives and demonstrate their value
  • Drive seamless reporting and analytics through the coordination with Chamberlain Group's functionalcontacts in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation and CustomerService
  • Assist in development of immediate and long-term corrective action plans in co-operation withChamberlain Group9s Supply Chain to identified service issues and failure
  • Monitor and communicate key Supply Chain performance measurements as defined by ongoingdevelopment of customer specific targets and measures and reconcile to customer defined scorecards
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance acrosstheir teams
  • Drive continued improvement in customer experience through building strong cross-functionalrelationships and leverage the relationships to influence the strategy and operations of each function
  • Work collaboratively with planning team and operations to establish best practices for reporting,analysis, and insights in forecasting, inventory levels, and service levels
  • Analyze actual sales to customers and sell-out data to actively identify exceptional or unforecastedactivities; drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Demand Plan; communicate these actions to stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and action planning for key KPIs across the supply chain
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance acrosstheir teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group9s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, readingprofessional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications


Education/Certifications:
 Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Marketing

Experience:
 1-3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, customer care, finance or marketing

 Ability to understand the customer experience

The pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $123,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
