Position Responsibilities:
- Manage a team that develops and executes applications, programming, analytics, reporting and master data maintenance for the Transportation team.
- The OE Manager is responsible for coaching the transport team on project execution to drive execution, focus, and results
- Leading, guiding, and coaching team members on lean principles, TPM methodologies, six sigma methodology, etc., is essential
- Lead the annual planning and execution of the OE summer internship program
- Ensures continuous improvement initiatives are understood and implemented throughout each plant while assessing opportunities for process change and provides project management for future plans
- Other duties as assigned
