Full Job Description
All About You

In this role you will be responsible for building and leading a World Class Supply Chain team, including Sales & Operations Planning, Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics, Scheduling and Material Planning with the aim of delivering class-leading, digitally enabled ways of working across all supply chain quote to cash related activities. The role will lead a team who will look to consistently develop innovative solutions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, financial savings and supplier performance through the way we operate, enabling delivery of all key targets. You will be a key leader and influencer of change across the Supply Chain function and organization as a whole. In this role, you will travel both domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferrably in Business or Supply Chain or professional experience in lieu of
  • Minimum 7 years relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience in strategic direction with broad supply chain knowledge
  • Work experience with ERP, MRP, WMS, computer,
  • Management skills and safety focused
  • CIQ regulation
  • Battery knowledge a plus
  • Interantional business experience helpful
  • Good commercial sense and business results-driven
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all standards are consistently eployed into each function and governance is routinely and rigorously followed
  • Develop and manage the supply chain talent pipeline
  • Set and manage the framework and standards for procurement strategy, negotiations, contracting, and supplier management for the region through framework agreements negotiated to support all projects with accuracy and no risk to the region or company.
  • Set and manage hte framework and standards for planning and scheduling strategy and function to meet internal and external customer requirements through flawless management of the order planning and processing.
  • Set and manage the framework and standards for supplier quality excellence strategy and function to meet internal and external customer requirements by managing and understanding claims with a defined strategy for reduction.
  • Set and manage the framework and standards for the inventory management strategy and function to meet internal and external customer requirements through workd class management and warehousing, inventory, efficiency, analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Set and manage the framework and standards for transportation, logistics, and customs strategy and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations to support internal and external customer requirements by establishing and managing all import/exports, customs, and transportation negotiations that have a quantifiable positive impact on projects
