Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager oversees rough cut capacity planning and procurement coordination - ensuring efficiency and optimization while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage supply plans based on demand forecasts to balance supply and demand across production sites
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and mitigate supply chain risks
Monitor inventory levels and track production vs plan to ensure the plants are achieving the appropriate customer service level
Collaborate with production, procurement, demand, and logistics teams to align on a balanced, achievable plan for execution
Analyze supply chain performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management
Track supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, Operational Efficiency and Optimal Inventory to identify improvement opportunities
Lead scenario planning to assess potential disruptions and develop contingency strategies
Support implementation and optimization of supply chain software
Responsible for driving and facilitating the Supply Review as part of the SIOP process
Qualifications
