About the RoleThe Supply Chain Engineering Domain Director is the
end-to-end technical delivery owner for enterprise applications supporting PLM, demand/supply planning, order and inventory management, logistics, and supplier/ODM collaboration.
This leader owns the full application lifecycle, including
architecture, development, integrations, releases, and L2/L3 production support, while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and serving as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
The environment combines custom full-stack applications with platforms including
Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, o9 Solutions, Teamcenter, MuleSoft, and PHP/React technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery and production support across the Supply Chain application portfolio.
- Lead engineering, functional, integration, and support teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Manage SLAs/SLOs, incidents, releases, capacity planning, and technical escalations.
- Drive technology strategy, modernization, technical debt reduction, and build/buy decisions.
- Maintain architecture, integration, master data, and cross-domain data integrity.
- Establish delivery and operational KPIs, governance, SDLC standards, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary technology partner to client leadership, managing scope, staffing, SOWs, risks, and escalations.
- Translate business requirements into prioritized technology roadmaps and delivery plans.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years in enterprise applications, including 6+ years owning end-to-end functional/technology domains.
- 5+ years leading technical and functional delivery teams of 15-50 employees.
- Strong managed-services experience with SLAs, KPIs, governance, and scope/change management.
- Deep Supply Chain technology experience across PLM, planning, order management, inventory, logistics/3PL, supplier collaboration, and master data.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integration platforms, and hybrid SaaS/custom application environments.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
- Experience with Teamcenter or comparable PLM platforms.
- Technical experience with PHP, Java, C#, Angular, React, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and technology roadmap experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Consulting, systems integrator, or managed-service-provider background.
- Experience leading global/onshore-offshore teams.
- Large-scale ERP, cloud, or SaaS transformation experience.
- Experience applying automation and AI/GenAI to engineering and support.
- Experience with high-volume physical goods, ODMs, contract manufacturers, or 3PL environments.
Mandatory Skills: Delivery Management.
Experience: >10 YEARS.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $305,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
