Full Job Description
The Supply Chain Director is accountable for leading and integrating the end-to-end planning and logistics ecosystem, bringing together Demand & Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Inbound Operations, Warehousing, Transportation, and Customer Fulfillment into a single, high-performing supply chain function. The role is responsible for balancing service, inventory, capacity, and cost to deliver superior customer outcomes while maximizing working capital efficiency and network performance.

As a critical leader in KNF's supply chain transformation, this position will establish the processes, governance, capabilities, and performance disciplines required to enable a robust S&OP+ operating model, drive enterprise-wide decision making, and support scalable growth across Retail, Club, and DCOM channels. The role will also play a key part in network optimization, supply chain resilience, and cross-functional alignment to ensure supply capabilities evolve in step with the company's growth ambitions.

What You'll Do:

End-to-End Strategy & Governance
  • Define and deploy the integrated Plan & Deliver strategy, covering supply planning, material planning, fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Establish governance mechanisms across planning and logistics functions to ensure alignment to business growth objectives.
  • Lead the supply chain work required for deployment of S&OP+ in 2027. With future state leadership preparation for monthly S&OP and executive review forums, driving structured decision-making on demand-supply balancing and capacity trade-offs.
  • Own enterprise-level KPIs across service, inventory, working capital, and logistics cost.

Leadership of Planning & Logistics Functions
  • Provide strategic leadership to Supply Planning Lead, Material Planning Lead, and & fullfillment/logistics Lead.
  • Set clear functional charters, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for each domain.
  • Review and challenge plans, assumptions, and performance gaps at a leadership level.
  • Build succession, capability depth, and cross-functional exposure within the planning and logistics organization.

Demand-Supply Balancing & Risk Management
  • Govern supply-demand balancing decisions across Retail, Club and DCOM channels.
  • Lead structured scenario planning and risk mitigation for supply disruptions, material shortages, and logistics volatility.
  • Resolve cross-functional conflicts between Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance regarding allocation, prioritization, and capacity constraints.
  • Drive inventory optimization while protecting customer service performance.

Working Capital, Service & Network Optimization
  • Own enterprise-level working capital performance through structured inventory governance and SKU rationalization.
  • Drive OTIF, fill rate, and customer service excellence across all channels.
  • Optimize inbound and outbound logistics network for cost efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead network optimization initiatives including warehouse footprint, 3PL and co-man network.

Cross-Functional Integration & Commercial Alignment
  • Partner closely with Commercial leadership to align supply capabilities with revenue ambitions.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure capacity readiness and execution discipline.
  • Work with Finance to balance service levels and inventory with cost and cash flow targets.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for Plan & Deliver performance at the leadership table.

Systems, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive E2E deployment of Blue Yonder and/or equivalent tool in 2027.
  • Establish performance dashboards for executive visibility across service, cost, and inventory metrics.
  • Promote a data-driven decision-making culture across planning and logistics teams.
  • Other duties as assigned or necessary.


What You'll Need:

Salary Range: $175,000.00- $190,000.00 annually + benefits + bonus

Compensation within this salary range is dependent upon the candidate's experience, education, and relevant qualifications
