Full Job Description
As a Global Supply Chain Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end commercial contracting activities across both capital equipment and a wide range of global services categories, including human resources, IT, management consulting, system integrators, operations, facilities, audit/tax, and legal services. You will negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, change orders, and related contractual documents, partnering closely with Category Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and InfoSec to balance savings, risk, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment navigating multiple organizations, sites, cultures and practices. You will report to the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain.

You Make an Impact By:
  • Drive the full contract lifecycle for a broad range of agreements, spanning development, negotiation, governance, and execution across NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, software license agreements, change orders, renewals, and amendments
  • Develop negotiation strategies. while leveraging playbooks, market benchmarks, and category strategies to secure favorable commercial terms, service levels, and balanced contractual protections aligned with business objectives
  • Use playbooks, clause libraries, and templates to accelerate contract cycle time
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec to assess/control third-party risk and ensure all agreements align with internal policies, legal requirements, SOX controls, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, export controls, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Identify automation and process opportunities; champion standardization and training for stakeholders


Skills You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience managing commercial contracts and supplier agreements
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and project coordination
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with experience managing contract documentation and version control

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Pay Range: $71,000 - $118,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
