Full Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and supporting initiatives to improve back office productivity, lead-times, on-time deliveries, product availability, and inventory turnover. The responsibilities are as follows:

  • Ensure the timely, accurate and cost effective delivery of goods to internal and external customers.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive improvements in on-time delivery and lead-times to internal and external customers.
  • Support inventory optimization to improve service levels and reduce working capital requirements.
  • Streamline existing back-office operations and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure end-to-end supply chain master data quality.
  • Provide first level support to internal customers for queries related to the supply chain
  • Implement new concepts and process controls for supply chain planning and production scheduling.
  • Proactively identify deficiencies in supply chain performance and engage key stakeholders in driving short-term and long-term solutions
  • Manage and maintain supply chain performance metrics.
  • Assist in adoption of standardized processes and enhancement of standard work.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is a requirement.
  • 3 - 5 years experience previous experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, and/or Planning.
  • Must have Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong Process Improvement experience
  • Strong change management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Must have Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel Skills are required
