What You Will Do:- Leading teams to investigate the root cause of customer escapes and non-conformances and determine appropriate corrective/preventive actions.
- Must have demonstrated effective root cause determination skills, Red-X, Fault Tree, etc.
- Must have ability to obtain, organize and analyze quality data.
- Perform product, process and work instruction audits.
- Interface with various Engineering groups and Customer Support to resolve technical/quality issues related to engine manual repairs and other approved technical data.
- Lead and participate in various teams in support of the unit's CORE / six sigma goals.
- Review and implement various regulatory requirement changes.
- Provide technical guidance and training to OEM Parts Inspectors.
- Assist with Escape investigations within Business Units.
- Actively participate on plantwide team.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:- An understanding of P&W Quality Procedures, Quality Management Systems, AS9100 Requirements.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written), work and relate with people at all levels of the organization and be self-sufficient.
- Ability to influence actions, decisions and to drive change.
- Ability to encourage and motivate others to be successful.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in statistics and data analytics is a plus.
- Six Sigma project leadership/management/coaching experience is a plus.
- Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
