What You'll Do- Evaluate, qualify, and develop suppliers to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality requirements
- Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues, including corrective actions and SCARs
- Review drawings, specifications, and inspection methods to ensure product compliance
- Support new supplier selection and qualification activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and support root cause investigations and corrective action efforts
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused environment
- Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and FDA requirements
- Ability to interpret drawings, Bills of Materials, specifications, and inspection requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
