Position Overview: The Supplier Oversight Administrator ensures BWXT suppliers properly protect Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI) by enforcing NN-801 requirements, guiding suppliers through compliance, and conducting physical and cyber security assessments. This role serves as a key link between BWXT, suppliers, and government security teams to maintain consistent, high-quality protection of sensitive information. Approximately 20% travel is expected.

Your Day to Day as a Supplier Oversight Administrator:- Ensure suppliers properly protect sensitive and non-sensitive NNPI
- Communicate NN-801 standards and expectations to suppliers
- Guide suppliers as they develop and implement required NN-801 procedures
- Review and approve supplier security plans for NN-801 compliance
- Provide NN-801 training and support to suppliers and internal Supply Chain staff
- Perform physical and cyber security assessments for BWXT and supplier operations
- Coordinate compliance matters with the customer's Supplier Security Oversight team
- Maintain dashboards tracking key compliance metrics (DD-2345, CMMC, NN-801)
- Support NN-801 flow-down processes within Supply Chain
- Communicate changes in compliance requirements to Supply Chain teams
- Collaborate on compliance initiatives and continuous-improvement projects
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, IT, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting government programs (5 preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in procurement, quality assurance, auditing, source inspection, information systems, or security practices
- Prior NN-801 experience strongly preferred

Pay: $70,000 - $103,000
The base salary range for this position in Virginia (US-VA) at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $103,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,' unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
