Qualifications/Requirements:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Supervisory Program Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the 88 ABW Plans and Programs Directorate; ensuring effective mission command operations complying with legal and regulatory requirements and meeting internal and external customer needs. They will provide oversight and leadership for a wide-range of core mission competencies to include: the Installation's Crisis Action Team (CAT); installation strategic basing efforts; contingency (war, emergency, and natural disaster); pandemic; emergency support planning; strategic planning efforts; Joint and Air Force mission assurance; Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Critical Asset Rick Management (CARM) programs; international treaty compliance; special missions support planning as designated (classified, sensitive and unclassified) by OPLANS, MOU/A, or DoD/AF directives.

Obtain maintain a Security clearance.
This is a designated Drug Testing Position. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing.
Must be available to support mobility or Readiness Center (WPAFB Crisis Action Team) operations in an exercise or contingency situation and may be required to work irregular shifts/overtime in performing such duties.
This is a Mission-Essential position performing a Mission-Critical-Function which must continue uninterrupted after the occurrence of an emergency and continued through full resumption of all functions.
KSAs (optional):
Extensive knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of plans and programs such as war, mobilization, deployment, exercise, acquisition, special operations, or similar operations.
Superb knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
Extensive experience in leading, planning, organizing, and directing functions, while mentoring, motivating, growing (developmental), and apprising the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors.
Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.
Thoroughly skilled in designing and conducting comprehensive studies and preparing solutions to broad-based operational, emergency, and contingency areas.
