Supervisor - Quality Control

Position Summary:

• Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
• 100% on-site

We have an opportunity for a Supervisor - Quality Control to join our team. In this role, you will oversee quality control activities, ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement. You will lead a team, manage performance, and support technical processes to meet department objectives. The Role:

• Support analysts on the team
• Schedule daily tasks
• Lead deviation investigations or laboratory investigations
• Review and approve data and reports
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in employee hiring process
• Track and report performance indicators and implement action plans to address gaps and achieve department objectives
• All other duties as assigned.
  

The Candidate:

• Doctorate Degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, OR
• Master's Degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 4 years of related experience, OR
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Leadership experience of 0 - 2 years
• Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent‑sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience.
