HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Improves business processes and supports critical business strategies by coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of business application systems. Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency, and practices. Leads multiple projects and oversees the project teams to ensure that deliverables are met. Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and supporting Ferrotec's Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and integration with supporting business information systems.
  • Ensure all ERP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives.
  • Document requirements and flows, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities & priorities, and monitor progress for the ERP system and supporting business information systems.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Simulate and test process improvements.
  • Communicate changes and may develop/provide training to impacted business units.
  • Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, identifies and resolves technical problems.
  • Coordinate all business information system projects and ensure company resources are utilized appropriately.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to information systems and processes to enhance the business.
  • Provide IS leadership for Oracle ERP applications and other business information systems.
  • Coordinate timely user support and problem resolution.

Skills Required:
• B.A./B.S. degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience will be considered.
• Comfortable with implementing changes in a continuous improvement environment.
• Willingness to travel and support multi-locations across the business units.
• Minimum 2 end to end Implementation of Oracle ERP Hands on experience with configuration of Oracle modules including INV, PO, OM, MRP, BOM, WIP, SLA and Costing.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) desired.
• Business process knowledge of supply chain management or order management in a multi-organization manufacturing (contract, discrete and lean/ Kanban) environment.
• Quality processes would be a bonus.
• Demonstrated experience with the following technologies is desired: Orbit Analytics, Power BI or other business intelligence tool used to replace Oracle Discoverer, PL/SQL, TOAD MS Visio for Flowcharts and Swim lanes.

4 plus years of experience in Oracle E Business Suite ERP development toolkit including Workflow Builder, Oracle forms/Reports, XML Publisher, SQL/ PL/SQL.
