Job DescriptionThe
CMO Training Supervisor has functional responsibility for any of the training operations such as documentation, formulation, preparation, filtration, filling, lyophilization and inspection and packaging in the CMO manufacturing departments. This includes New Hire and Onboarding, content creation, maintaining/revising Compliance Wire & LMS curriculums and roles, ensuring training consistencies across all shifts, assisting with audit observations, Track Wise PRs and supervises training employees.
Duties to include- Supervise assigned training operations which might include onboarding of new personnel, curricula ownership and reviews, training coordinator activities, content creation as well as manufacturing compliance of training items. Supervises and ensures consistent shift training. Report operational status to the next level of management.
- Review and update training documentation associated with the CMO manufacturing areas.
- Provide cGMP, GDP, job task, and safety training for personnel in the SVP areas. This includes coordination with shift SMEs to provide training.
- Generate, update and maintain area Standard Operating Procedures. Compliance with cGMP through observation, training and auditing. Answer questions related to training in audits or audit responses.
- Supervise hourly employee performance, including compliance with SOP's, cGMP's, and safety regulations.
- Perform deviation investigations related to assigned area of responsibility along with implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of such deviations, including Capa and change control initiations and completion.
- Order production supplies and equipment required for training.
- Prepare training compliance reports and other data sets.
- Interview new employees. Provide coaching and counseling to area personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and set objectives and performance standards for area personnel. Perform and assist next level of management in the implementation of disciplinary action.
- Interact with all supporting departments to ensure training problems are dealt with promptly and with appropriate quality considerations.
QualificationsEducation - Bachelor's Degree in hard science, communications, business or applicable discipline desired.
Skills - 4+ years related experience required.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing or Production Environment preferred.
- Pharmaceutical Experience, Teaching or Training Experience or Other Regulated Industry Experience desired.
- Prolong Sitting and Standing required.
- Scrub, Smock trained to occasionally enter ISO or Grade areas required.
- Microsoft Office experience required.
Location: Spokane, WA - On Site, Full- -TimeShift: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30; other hours/days may be required.
