Summary:

DMC is currently looking for a Supervisor, Drilling (Diamond), to join our team on a full-time contract basis, based in Sudbury, ON. The Supervisor is Responsible for the safe, efficient, and productive execution of surface and underground diamond drilling operations. Oversee drilling crews, equipment, project performance, and client relations while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily diamond drilling operations and drilling crews.
• Coordinate equipment mobilization, setup, maintenance, and demobilization.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and environmental compliance.
• Monitor drilling performance, equipment utilization, and project progress.
• Train, mentor, and support drilling personnel.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate with clients and project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Ontario Common Core modules (Supervisor) and specialty underground diamond drill modules.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Able to work rotation, as well as day and night shifts.
• Able and willing to travel as required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Working Environment:
• Working in an office setting.
• Travel to work site locations.
• Site conditions may include outdoors, dark, wet, inclement weather, and uneven ground.
• Sitting for prolong periods of time.
• Vehicle - passenger or driver

Additional Information:
• We are hiring to fill an existing vacancy.
• Hourly rate is expected to be $45 (CAD) + hourly incentive bonus.
