Job Summary

The Supervisor, Cost Accounting is responsible for cost and inventory accounting for Plant 7. Key responsibilities include supporting and coordinating SOX audits, CAH Internal Audits, and Ernst & Young (E&Y) audits for U.S. and Singapore company codes of Presource Juarez business.

The role also oversees the Sterilization and Freight processes, including activity tracking, financial analysis, reserve calculations, month-end activities, budgeting, and forecasting. In addition, this position provides accounting support for the Don Haskins manufacturing facilities, Greenway and Butterfield warehouses.


Responsibilities

  • Manage cost and inventory accounting activities for Plant 7.

  • Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and reserve calculations.

  • Oversee accounting for Sterilization and Short-Haul Freight processes.

  • Coordinate and support SOX, CAH Internal, E&Y, U.S., and Singapore audits.

  • Provide auditors with accurate and timely information and documentation.

  • Serve as the primary audit contact for the Juarez site.

  • Support Don Haskins, Butterfield, and Greenway manufacturing and warehouse operations.

  • Perform headcount analysis, ad hoc reporting, and special financial projects.

  • 4-8 years of experience, preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $71,400 - $112,200
