Job DescriptionSupervisor Clinical Laboratory at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is full-timeand will work 8-hour, Day shifts.
Provides laboratory services to meet the needs of patients in accordance with accepted standards and practices. The Core Laboratory Technical Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multidisciplinary sections of the laboratory. Defined sections of the laboratory include: Transfusion Services, Chemistry, Hematology (includes Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, and Microbiology).
Required Qualifications:- Upon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License California
- Upon hire: California Clinical Chemist Scientist License or
- Upon hire: California Clinical Immunohematologist Scientist License or
- Upon hire: California Clinical Microbiologist Scientist License or
- Upon hire: California Clinical Toxicologist Scientist License or
- Upon hire: California Clinical Cytogeneticist Scientist License or
- Upon hire: California Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist License or
- Upon hire: California Clinical Hematology Scientist License or
- Upon hire: California Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist License or
- Upon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist Biochemistry Special License or
- Upon hire: National Certification from American Society for Clinical Pathology
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree
- 5 years Medical technology experience.
