Superintendent Location: Victoria, BC Employment Type: Full-time Union, Permanent Compensation: $59.19/hr. & comprehensive benefits Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations across our projects and worksites. Reporting to the Operations / Project Manager, the Superintendent is responsible for leading crews, coordinating resources, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of quality. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and takes pride in building strong, capable teams.
