The maintenance first line supervisor is the individual responsible for supervision of instrumentation and control, mechanical, and electrical maintenance activities.

Lead the Nuclear Maintenance Planning and Procedures group to ensure safe, cost-effective, and compliant execution of all planning activities.

Provide strategic oversight of mechanical, electrical, I&C, and modification planning, including preventive maintenance coordination and procedure development.

Participate in scheduling and field implementation processes to ensure planning strategies are practical and efficient.

Make long-range planning and organizational decisions to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.

Serve as Maintenance Outage Manager when assigned, directing production and outage efforts across maintenance disciplines.

Ensure readiness goals and milestones are met for outages and target weeks, incorporating feedback to improve work package quality and crew efficiency.

Promote continuous improvement through benchmarking, industry involvement, and participation in working groups andassistvisits.

Establish goals, train and develop staff, and provide performance feedback and career guidance.

Maintain strong working relationships with bargaining unit employees and ensure alignment with labor agreements.

Own andmaintainkey procedures and guidelines, including NDAP-QA-0043, PSP 29, and Planning Directives.

Activelyparticipatein station committees such as Target Week Meetings, Core Team, and the Forced Outage Response Team (FORT).

Support and perform Nuclear Emergency Response Organization (NERO) duties as qualified and assigned.
