As a superintendent you'll be getting in the field, solving problems, collaborating with a skilled team, and working directly with our clientele.

Job Details
• Work cooperatively with our design/sales team and Project Manager.
• Manage customer service on all assigned projects.
• Communicate with our homeowners and perform site visits daily.
• Manage all project timelines and project profitability.
• Schedule trade partners for each project, completing walk through, snap layouts and daily clean up.
• Coordinate and update trade partners.
• Communicate and administer change orders.
• Collect all assigned scheduled payments and change order payments.
• Troubleshooting, walking through , and resolving any issues that arise.

Salary Range

75,000 - 95,000 + Bonuses and Vehicle Allowance

Requirements
• Successful candidates will possess 2 plus year(s) of residential remodeling construction experience.
• Excel knowledge and other Microsoft familiarity required.
• Experience with customer service and conflict management.
• Estimating experience preferred.
• A Construction Management degree is preferred.
• Experience with customer service and conflict management.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs .
• Must have driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
