Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in construction field leadership and self-performed concrete work
• Familiarity with HCSS/Heavy Jobs, Procore, or Bluebeam is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar is preferred
• Experience in directing and coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of commercial construction principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing safety and accident prevention programs and conduct regular job-site inspections
• Lead the Task Hazard Analysis (THA) process and enforce safety and EEO/Affirmative Action programs
• Schedule and manage multiple work crews across the project site
• Develop and implement a project site logistics plan
• Communicate effectively with owners, inspectors, and trades regarding contract specifications
• Allocate resources, plan activities, and manage equipment and consumables
• Document daily construction activities and chair weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
