Full Job Description
This is a role for someone who leads from the front. You'll be the driving force on the ground, keeping crews aligned, schedules on track, and jobsites running safely and efficiently from mobilization to punch list.

What you'll be doing

You'll manage all day-to-day field operations including subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, quality control, safety compliance, and daily logs. You'll run weekly subcontractor meetings, oversee inspections, and work closely with the Project Manager to keep schedules updated and milestones met. You'll be the face of The Burt Group on the jobsite, maintaining strong relationships with clients, property managers, neighboring tenants, and the design team.

Experience with civil work required
