Qualifications

• 7+ years of field leadership experience in underground utilities.
• Familiarity with HCSS/Heavy Jobs, Procore, or Bluebeam is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Previous experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors is essential.
• In-depth understanding of civil construction principles and practices is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement project safety and accident prevention programs with regular site inspections.
• Lead safety analysis and enforce EEO/Affirmative Action programs.
• Schedule and oversee multiple crews throughout the project site.
• Create and manage a comprehensive project site logistics plan.
• Interpret contract drawings and specifications, liaising with owners and inspectors.
• Allocate resources and manage equipment/material supplies effectively.
• Provide leadership to enhance quality processes on the project.
